These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Hyrlane websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Hyrlane Ltd ("Hyrlane", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use Hyrlane on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@hyrlane.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
- Upload false, misleading, or infringing content
- Scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law
- Interfere with security, availability, or integrity of the platform
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
4. Candidate and employer services
Hyrlane provides tools for job discovery, applications, profile management, and employer workflows. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes. Employers are solely responsible for their listings, hiring decisions, and compliance with employment laws.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as CVs and profile information). You grant Hyrlane a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, and share that content as needed to operate the Service, including showing your profile to employers where you apply or opt in to visibility features.
6. AI-assisted features
Some features use automated or AI-assisted processing (for example, CV tailoring or recommendations). Outputs are provided for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing content before submitting applications or sharing it with third parties.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your plan terms. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
8. Intellectual property
Hyrlane and its licensors own the Service, branding, software, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except limited rights to use the Service as intended.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyrlane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or £100.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
